Terms & Conditions

• Payment is processed via Stripe.
• This is a one-time charge for the website design and build, separate from the monthly video package (MS-1120) and the channel banner (MS-1121).
• Hosting & Maintenance: $75/month, billed separately starting at launch. Covers hosting, domain renewal, SSL certificate, security updates and monitoring, backups, uptime monitoring, technical SEO upkeep, bug fixes and small content updates.
• Booking, payment and intake forms connect to your existing office program. Patient health information is collected in that system, not stored on the website.
• Third-party accounts (office program, Fullscript, email list service, and any email hosting on your domain) remain in your name and at your cost.
• Additional pages or features beyond the scope above are quoted separately.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are not available once work has begun.
• Work begins upon receipt of payment.
